Adapters FP-A-012; FP-A-038 are used to connect a vessel relief valve port having a 1 1/4″ thread to a relief valve with 1 /2″ or 3/8″ conical thread. The hex hole at the end greatly simplifies much the process of installing the safety valve in the adapter.
