As well as the TMA-EU series, TMR open circuit cooling towers have minimised accessory costs, such as the transportation of the equipment itself, and they are certified according to the quality standards of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Quality System standards.
Structure and panels
All open circuit cooling tower structures are made of Z-725 hot-dip galvanised steel sheet (725 g/sqm zinc coating). The panels are bolted and sealed for perfect water tightness, complete with one or more manholes for internal inspection.
Cold water basin
The TMR series comprises a hot-dip galvanised Z-725 steel sheet water basin, a cooling water outlet connection with an anti-vortex filter, a bleed-off and overflow connection, a make-up water connection complete with a float valve, a bleed off pipe equipped with regulating valve.
All the TMR open circuit cooling tower has the exclusive DecsaPACK evaporating fill pack, which allows the achievement of maximum energy efficiency by optimising the turbulence of water and air inside it. DecsaPACK is made of a series of Thermo-welded polypropylene sheets and it is available in Wave 12mm or 19mm.
The TMR series centrifugal fans are low noise, dynamically balanced and mounted on solid or tubular shafts, depending on the model. Permanent and self-aligning, self-lubricating ball bearings complete delivery.
To complete the offer, you can further protect the cooling tower with a special epoxy powder coating (DecsaCOATING PLUS) available in all RAL scale colours.

Reduced transport costs
TMR open cooling towers are designed to minimise transport costs. It is possible to transport the sections in standard lorries, or in the case of transport by sea, in normal containers.
